As a yoga therapist, I create tailored practices for each individual, integrating various yoga techniques along with personalized dietary and lifestyle changes. My expertise covers a wide range of concerns, including musculoskeletal problems, heart health, metabolic challenges, mental and emotional disorders, issues related to aging, autoimmune diseases, digestive health, depression and anxiety, neurological conditions, women's health, and much more.

1:1 YOGA

Personalized 1:1 Yoga sessions are ideal for beginners or anyone looking to elevate their practice. I will guide you through everything from basic to advanced poses, incorporating both contemporary and classical styles, along with breathwork and meditation practices. Additionally, we can explore yoga philosophy and classic texts, which are essential for a deeper understanding of yoga, its techniques, and its benefits.

My personalized yoga sessions focus on every facet of your being, ensuring that the practice is both safe and highly effective. It's an excellent method to enhance your physical and mental strength, increase flexibility, improve fitness, cultivate resilience, and achieve clarity and balance. The yoga techniques I practice and teach are rooted in the wisdom of esteemed Indian yoga masters from a rich and legendary ancient tradition.

How we can work together


1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

Schedule your first FREE 60-minute consultation session, during which you will be assessed, we can talk about your needs and goals, what you’d like to achieve by working with me.

2. FIRST CLASS & PRACTICE

I will design and teach you a practice that suits your specific needs, and after our first class, you'll have the option to continue practicing with me or on your own. If you opt for solo practice, you will get a detailed plan with written steps and diagrams to follow at home. After a prescribed amount of time, we will meet to review your progress and adjust your plan based on your feedback.

3. CUSTOMISED 1:1 SUPPORT

We get started! Our classes can be in-person or online. Email and text support is included between sessions. Consider me your go-to support system during your journey!
